At our core, we help brands shape their voice, their content strategy and their creative direction. Great content isn't a deliverable — it's an engine. Built right, it compounds: every film, every launch, every frame strengthening the brand it serves.
What makes us different is real operator experience — building and scaling creative marketing teams and content engines from the inside — paired with executive search experience at True — partnering with and learning from Founders, CEOs and CMOs at some of the most innovative investment partners, media, sports and tech companies in the world.
That work was part of the ignition of HMC. It continues to inform how we see companies evolving, where talent is moving, and what great teams look like to scale for the future.
Meet Hayes
It is a privilege to be trusted with the Titleist script. For more than six years, HMC has helped bring one of golf's most respected names to screen — product films, campaign photography and the complete 2025 Titleist Gear catalog — leading end-to-end creative and production for on-location shoots across annual campaigns: brand strategy, casting, shot lists, production management, and post. When a brand has spent generations earning its place in the game, the work has one job — honor it.
That same care shaped a full rebrand for Club Glove — the #1 golf travel bag on Tour. We helped define the look, feel, voice and creative direction for a product trusted by the best players in the world, then launched it with the cinematic storytelling it deserves.
Along the way we've been fortunate to work with PGA and LPGA Tour winners — capturing Brian Harman, Bud Cauley, Ryan Gerard and Emily Pedersen at the RBC Heritage and the Ford Championship — and to partner with MacNeil Engineering on the Fast Twist system inside Nike's Air Jordan golf shoes, now carried on more than 500,000 pairs.
Most of all, we're grateful for the places this work has taken us: first light at Wicker Point on Lake Marshall, late autumn at Shelter Harbor, golden hour at Sherwood Country Club, the Newport Bridge framing Jamestown's 9th green. Tremendous people, iconic brands, and some of the most stunning settings in American golf. It never gets old.
Hayes arrived at Hasbro as a cinematographer and editor — and found himself working directly with CEO Brian Goldner and leaders at Paramount and DreamWorks, creating the content that helped retailers fully imagine the possibility of Transformers — what would become one of the top-grossing movie franchises of all time. That early trust set the tone for everything that followed.
The years brought once-in-a-career moments: partnering with Universal on CGI animation for Universal Beijing, and editing the tribute film for George Lucas's induction into the Toy Hall of Fame — an honor so overdue the only real question was how he wasn't already in it.
Then came the partnership that changed the playbook. It began with early innovation — leveraging the Unreal Engine in visual effects and virtual production before most studios knew what it could do — and grew into the Hasbro × Epic Games collaboration behind NERF Fortnite and Monopoly Fortnite — the most successful product launches ever for each brand, driving nearly $1B in incremental revenue.
By the end, that cinematographer was leading a fifty-person studio spanning broadcast, social, animation, original IP, visual effects, virtual production, motion capture, motion control, edit, color and sound — working across iconic brands like Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Transformers and NERF, and creating custom partnership content for Amazon, TMall, JD, Duracell and more. Grateful doesn't begin to cover it: fourteen years alongside tremendously talented people, in service of brands generations grew up with.
As an alum of Hebron Academy and the father of two Lumberjacks, Hayes saw an opportunity for Hebron to tell a greater story about this special place. What began as a film became a full transformation partnership — the school's complete creative, content and communications engine, built over a year.
It started the right way: listening. A competitive analysis of seven New England boarding schools, more than 300 alumni survey responses, and fifty community conversations with students, faculty, alumni and parents shaped everything that followed.
The creative north star is “Maine” — a brand anthem set to Noah Kahan's music, created as a spec piece to show what investing in popular music could mean for the school. Every piece of content that followed asks one question: does this feel like Maine?
From there the engine grew — admissions films that anchor the recruiting funnel, sport-specific athletics content, a YouTube architecture and a 20-plus page website rebuild. The result is a living content system with over 160 assets that now operates independently with Hebron's extended team. We're grateful to a community that trusted us with its story — and to a campus that makes every frame beautiful.
Audiences expect more than a message. They want to feel something real. So we don't make content — we make moments that move, built to perform and made to last.
Brand films, product launches, content engines, creative teams. One partner, from strategy to screen. No form required — but it helps us move faster.
Tell us a little about yourself and what you're building. We'll be in touch shortly — usually within a day.
